Used Industrial Ovens
At any one time, Finishing Machine has in its inventory several industrial ovens. We also know where industrial ovens are located through a wide variety of customers and dealers that we deal with. We can sell an industrial oven where-is, as-is, or disassembled, loaded on your truck, or installed in our customer's facility.
Re-engineered Used Industrial Ovens
When Finishing Machine purchases industrial equipment, we often do so with the idea of taking the ovens apart, building new frame work, and re-engineering that system to meet the customer's needs. Quite often, we bring the components to our fabrication shop, take the oven panels, duct work, burner boxes, gas trains and burner heads. Along with air curtains, exhaust blowers, etc., and inventory these items. If a customer would like us to rebuild an industrial oven, we will get the exact sizes, work openings, and all engineering criteria, build a new frame work, install the used components, and save the customer thousands of dollars. The customer would be getting a custom built used industrial oven. |

There are approximately 10 ovens in this facility. Most ovens are 6" oven panels that are in excellent condition. Many many burner boxes that are equipped with Maxon oven packs. Thousands of feet of duct work. Finishing Machine can sell the ovens where-is, as-is, re-engineered to fit your specific needs, or any combination. • GAS CATALYTIC VERTICAL OVEN---three CG15-60 DriQuik industrial sections high by two CG15-60 DriQuik industrial sections long. 9’ long pallet tray load section, 10’ long oven, 9’ discharge section.
• EXTERIOR: 1-5/8” x 1-5/8” 12 gauge Unistrut structural steel finished in green hybrid powder coat.
• CATALYTIC BURNERS are approved by Factory Mutual for use in Class 1, Division 2, Group hazardous areas, and the Canadian Gas Association (CGA) has approved usage in Class 1, Division 1 and 2, Group D hazardous areas.
• POWDERED CONVEYOR through oven (12 fpm) with overhead door at the entrance to the oven chamber and vinyl strip curtain at the discharge end. Conveyor is designed for pallet loads on metal trays (3 trays with unit). Three pallet trays, 28’ long triple chain conveyor.
• OVEN RECIRCULATED AIR SYSTEM: One variable speed 12 in. dia. paddle type plug fan rated at 2000 to 6000 cfm and ½ in. static pressure. Blower system contains 5hp premium efficiency motor with hi-temp capability. A VFD controller is located in the control cabinet.
• OVEN CONTROL SYSTEM: One NEMA 12 rated CSA Approved oven control cabinet, designed for floor mounting. Control cabinet contains the necessary 30 amp main disconnect switch, contactors, fuse blocks, transformer, and motor starters for proper oven control. An Allen Bradley SLC 5/01PLC diagnostic control system will automatically control all startup and safety features, as well as control the two separate temperature control zones.
