The Equipment Design Parameters are as follows:

• Operating Temperature: Pre-Heat and Bake 350 F - 450 F

• Oven Time: Dry Off 11 Minutes @ 8 FPM
Cure 24 Minutes @ 8 FPM

• Voltage: 460V-3PH-60

• Fuel: Natural Gas, 2” NPT
2 - 5 PSI Required


3 STAGE WASHER

1. The Washer is Approximately 44’ 0” Overall Length, Including Entry And Exit Vestibules. This Includes (3) Individual Stages For Cleaning/ Phosphate, Rinse And Seal Rinse With Drain Sections Between Each Of The Tanks.

2. Each Tank Has A Horizontal Pump, Stainless Steel Filter Screens, Collection Tank, Drain, And Make Up Valves

3. Stage 3 has a Inline Canister Filter unit (3’ Round x 4’ Tall)

4. Stages are Equipped With Risers On 12” Centers, Cleaning Nozzles On Approximately 12” Centers Vertically, All Risers And Distribution Piping Are Schedule #80 CPVC. Piping From The Pump To The Header is Steel Tube.

5. Exhaust Fans Are At Each End Of The Washer

6. Each Stage Has Independently Removable, Double, Stainless Steel Filter Screens Near The Pump Intake Area With A Retractable Dam.

7. Washer Tanks and Tunnel Are Mild Steel.

8. Access Lids Provided In The Top Of The Tanks

10. All Pumps are Centrifugal Type With Flexible Spider Coupling Connection To An 1800 Rpm, TEFC, Motor. Pumps Are All Iron Construction.

DRY / CURE OVEN DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION

1. The interior dimensions of the oven shall be approximately 46’-0” Long X 39’-0” Wide X 13’-0” High. The oven is designed to operate at 350 F with a Top Range of 450 F.

2. The Cure conveyor line makes 4 passes through the structure for a dwell time of 24 minutes.

3. The Drying conveyor line makes 2 passes through the structure for a dwell time of 11 minutes.

4. The oven will be supplied with two (2) heater houses, complete with burners, recirculating fans, as well as the necessary temperature, safety and electrical controls to operate the oven.

5. The burners are Oven-Pak type with FM gas trains and flame safety equipment.

6. The Oven is designed for exterior construction with a steel frame supported by Post. The floor and walls are assembled on this frame. An exterior metal skin is attached to the exterior oven wall. The Heater houses are enclosed with a rear access door for servicing.



CONVEYOR SYSTEM

The overhead conveyor system is 3” I-Beam Track. The general components of the conveyor system are outlined below. Final details and exact components to be determined based upon final system configuration.

• 6 (Six) Oven Expansion Sections

• Auto Lubricator

• Overhead Basket
